Communications Request Form

Guidelines for requests

  • To make sure there is enough time for requests to be processed, and designs to be created and ordered:
    • For events within our church family or weekly ministries please submit any communications/design requests at least 5-6 weeks in advance of your event.
    • For outreach with the wider community, please submit any communications/design requests at least 6-7 weeks in advance of your event.
  • St Michael's has generic 'logo' flags (and youth/kids flags) available to for use during events, as well as changeable A2 poster frames.
  • Your request may include both print and digital items such as:
    • A6 postcards or business cards,
    • A2/A4 posters (for carpark signs and noticeboards), 
    • powerpoint slides,
    • social media graphics,
    • website banners,
    • e-news advertisement. 
  • Please provide as much detail as you can, including any text or photos you'd like included, and event contact information (i.e. should guests contact you directly, or the church office, etc).

Please put in due dates below - the final product must be available at least 3 weeks in advance of an event (i.e. 3 Wednesdays before) in order to effectively communicate to church members and the community.

If you are planning to design flyers or banners yourself (and simply want help getting the word out), please adhere to the following:

  • Use Source Sans Pro font where possible (Bold for headings, semi-bold for sub-headings, regular for body text).
  • Use our colour scheme - Teal (hex 007873), Navy (27364c), Mustard (b59123), Grey (afafaf).
  • Refer to the Style Guide for logo usage. We will send you the church logo files once this request is approved.
